Okay, I'm so done with this stamp.
I have the 64-bit version of Photoshop
only, which means I can't import videos into my files...
So you know how I made this?
I went on a quest.
Step One: Download the raw video from YouTube (70 MB)
Step Two: Use Windows Movie Maker to shorten the video to the 9 seconds I wanted. Export as wmv.
Step Three: Upload to GifNinja and convert to a .gif.
Step Four: Download GifSplitter. Split the gif into individual frames (114)
Step Five: Download a stamp template, use the layer mask and all of that normal stuff.
Step Six: Import all 114 individual frames into Photoshop as separate layers.
Step Seven: Add a frame for each layer and manually click the "hide" button to make the layers go away one by one.
Step Eight: Export and mess with framerates for best viewing in Google Chrome (.04 s).
I know the safest framerate is .07, but it wasn't fast enough. .04 works in Chrome, but I don't know about the other browsers.
