I will feature underexposed artists that I've happened to find using the Discovery page here on dA! If you would like an overview of how to use this page, feel free to see this brief guide! Today's issue has been posted early, as I don't know when I'll be available next to post another issue.
niccolobonfadini
niccolobonfadini's gallery reminds us of Earth's natural beauty, just in case we've forgotten. And if you haven't forgotten, you'll STILL be amazed by his awesome shots!
ninokiboom
ninokiboom's gallery is an eclectic mix of 3D art and photography. His bizarre (in a good way) models and creatures contrast with detailed still-life photos!
Caatherinee
To me, Caatherinee's photography came across as mysterious and light-hearted, like her photos were reminding me of some enigmatic memories I'd never had before. I think anyone can draw some connection to them!
DeppyLegs
What caught my eye about DeppyLegs's gallery is her tremendous use of lines and detail. Furthermore, her style is unique and makes me interested to pick through her gallery for ages, as though I'm shopping! I can't get enough!
Here are some more pieces that caught my eye!

Where I've been
Lately I've begun to feel that deviantART is not visual enough. In favor of community, I think it's complicated itself with journals, news, polls, devWEAR, etc. There're so many features ABOUT art, that I think the art itself has been obscured. The art should be highlighted in the inbox! Art from my watchers should be large, and it shouldn't be buried in stacks and stacks of other things. It should be a constant stream. We should have art flowing from the sides and the top, but at the current stage, I'm just overwhelmed by all the other bits and bobs. I love all of its features; they're awesome if you have time to use them, but when you don't
Off to Paris
I leave for Paris tomorrow! If you've been or live there, any recommendations on places to see or eat? :eager:
See you on the other side. :happybounce:
Another year gone by.
2012 was actually an very mixed year for me. Lots of ups, fewer downs. It's really been great for self-discovery, exploration, and preparation for the real world. At the beginning of the year, I was still a naive freshman, now I'm (hopefully) a less naive sophomore. I've become more confident in abilities and myself (in fact, I'm stretching/gauging my ears, something I never would have been comfortable with in January 2012), and I'm going for global opportunities to further my education. In just two weeks, I'll be in Paris!
Unfortunately with all of this personal business, dA has fallen to the wayside in 2012 as I try and make the most of RL
