I'm using this now to guide my coding of a special Fancy Narwhal skin exclusively made for $ArtisticAunJuli.
She is hosting a contest for people to design one. 
I love the idea of the Fancy Narwhal (her online store), so naturally I chose to base the design around that. I'm going to change the fonts in the concept to Google Fonts because I think they're more modern and more reliable than assuming people have Century Gothic installed or something.
This is a pretty minimal skin with a lot of functionality in my opinion, and I tried to convey a subliminal relaxed feeling.

Awesome design! The colour scheme really does look fancy and I love how it's brightened up by the pink and blue stripes at the bottom.
